After seeing Dr. Ingram, I have seen my cholesterol and blood pressure drop, also my triglycerides are significantly reduced and under control. My 96-year-old father then became a patient. He loves that he has increased energy and improved circulation. We both are thrilled with her many integrative wellness services and never go without her specially formulated supplements. We will be her clients for the rest of our LIFETIME. Read more

I was referred to Dr. Ingram by my obstetrician in Dallas. I had extreme excruciating hand and joint pain with stiffness, along with extreme cases of fatigue that have affected my everyday and school life. After seeing Dr. Ingram, I discovered that I had rheumatoid arthritis and Grave’s disease, and she was able to reduce the pain and swelling in my joints. The information that she empowers us with is so life-changing, priceless, and valuable. Her anti-inflammatory protocol and supplements have made the difference. I am back on track and able to function from day to day with less pain and flare-ups. I met Dr. Ingram due to a failing heart and I was also on six prescription medications for my type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, and osteoarthritis of my spine. The tests revealed that I had severe stage three peripheral neuropathy (poor circulation) and extremely low cardiac output.
