Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

We value your patronage and purchases. Remember to verify your shopping cart before completing your order. Ingram Formulations ships products via various shipping companies within 72 hours of order placement (by phone or online). Orders placed after 2:00pm/cst are considered the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are considered placed on Monday (Holidays are excluded). We do not do shipments or deliveries on weekends or holidays.

If any we expect any delays due to a high volume of orders, or shipping issues we will notify you by email.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. Then once your order ships we will send you an email containing the tracking number.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Ingram Formulations Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damaged and Lost Shipments

Ingram Formulations Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (UPS or USPS) or our support team directly to file a claim. International Shipping Policy

Currently we do not ship internationally.


Returns Policy

In the event the purchase is not satisfactory, Ingram Formulations will ensure your satisfaction with a store credit or product exchange within 14-days of purchase. Should this occur, Ingram Formulations store manager will contact you to issue your store credit. Please do not ship back products without contacting customer service and obtain and RMA confirmation number and instructions for the return.
