Initial Problem: Severe Hypertension & Adrenal Tumor
Enlarged Spleen (14.3) in June, 2017- resolved within 7 months per Ultrasound ( 9.3 cms) Normal
On April ,8 2015, I was referred to Dr Ingram for severe hypertension of 210/110 by scientist Dr. Cizto who had been treating me for 3 years. He and Dr. Alma met at the home of a mutual friend during the Fall of 2014 ,after Thanksgiving. I was informed that if there was anyone in the city to prevent your stroke, it was ” the Pathophysiologist.
I refused to take any Prescription medications due to their side effects and impotency. I prayed that someone would get to the ROOT CAUSE of my horrible elevated BP. Every weekly visit to Dr. Alma s office revealed a 178/90. No headaches and no blurred vision. She taught me that the kidneys ” regulate ones BP. After placing me on three all natural vasodilators, ( see website) and ordered 12 tubes of blood the following day along with a renal sonogram via Baptist M& S Stone Oak, she had her answer.
The rt kidney had a 1.1cm tumor/cyst atop of the “Adrenal glands”. My serum ACTH was quadruple the norm. She referred me to a surgeon for a Biopsy which I flat refused!!!
The three natural supplements that I consumed at 9 am -3 pm and bedtime keep BP 148/92 to 142/88. Not bad!.
Following 4 rounds of only Chelation and a low sodium plant based diet with only Salmon. Quadrupled my probiotics and Grapeseed Extract.
On month no.6 , my repeat Ultrasound revealed no adrenal cyst , undetectable per the MD radiologist.
My clinic appointments were every two weeks for 3 -4 months. I loss 14 lbs during the summer of 2016 from her Glutathione soup receipt and my wife always added 12 -15 fresh garlic cloves with avocado to each bowl.
To date, my BP remains
130/80 and 128/78 , Six years later. Her formulations have PREVENTED my Stroke , Covid, Cancer etc.
I really appreciate her ATTENTION to detail with every 45 min to 1 hour appointment. We need more detailed and practical providers like her.
